Dear Friends,

This is a love letter. It’s a love letter about a special love we at UTS feel, a passionate love, for our country, its beauty, its people and its history. And it’s a letter about the love, the passion we feel for sharing those with our guests who visit Turkey.

But that shouldn’t surprise you, because my over forty years in the travel industry and UTS’s proven track-record as a top-ranking DMC are a story of passion and success.

People talk about a lot of different kinds of passion.

Passion for service. Passion for creativity. Passion for excellence. Passion for doing things right - the first time. For me and for everyone else here at UTS, those are all just parts of a much larger passion, a greater love… Our deep love for the richness, variety and magic of Turkey, our abiding passion for introducing our guests to all the wonders that Turkey has to offer and the joy of welcoming them not just the first time but time and time again.

I can honestly say I’ve made it my lifetime mission to share the wonders of Turkey and its fabulous cultural mosaic with clients (who inevitably become friends) from around the world. I truly believe it’s an important mission, especially today, one that makes a real difference, for friendship one person at a time.

At UTS we love what we do, and our commitment goes far beyond just the business side of tourism. We want to show our clients the best that Turkey has to offer, and that means we give them our best and ensure that every aspect of their experience from transfers to special events is the very best imaginable. Our lecturer-guides aren’t just multi-lingual professionals, they’re dedicated, friendly veterans with years of experience who share our passion to make Turkey ”come alive” with our traditinal warm hospitality. And when they go on the road, it’s in brand new luxury vehicles whose drivers are hand picked professionals with spotless records and unforgettably warm smiles.

They’re backed up by a professional support team at our offices throughout Turkey whose
enthusiasm, creativity and dynamism set them apart and make them the key to our reputation for excellence. People like that, of course, also have the best equipment and infrastructure at their disposal, from state-of-the-art computer systems to round-the-clock communications support.

And when we choose our accommodations, no matter where in Turkey, our standards are just as high… Five-star. Deluxe. Boutique. Unique. Special license. For us, those are the minimum. Because, alone they’re nowhere near enough. The welcome, the presentation, the concern. For us these are what define a truly excellent hotel.

Another way of putting it would be to say that we believe in loving care. Deep, sincere and personal concern for our guests. Treating them like family who’ve come to visit us from a long way away. That’s the way we work and the way we act, and it’s what we expect from everyone else we work with.

That’s the reason for the professional commendations and the service awards we continue to receive, not to mention the thousands of thank you that we receive every year. We personally value not only the professional recognition but every single one of these letters, but it’s the face-to-face contact, the expressions of amazement and the happiness, expressed in a warm hug or a sincere handshake that mean so much more to all of us at UTS, as our best reward.

And that is why this is a love letter… To you and to the people you will motivate to discover Turkey. We want to share not just our beautiful country with you but our love for the exceptional and for sharing it without limit with your clients. Our love is a love of people, of experience, of common bonds and of what it means to be alive. We’ve spent decades sharing our love with people from around the world and, the more we share it, the stronger it grows.
